Who am i ?
I like to think of myself as a creative personality, molded by an international background and an always optimistic mind, filled with dreams and ideas, held by a likable, devoted young man constantly driven by his goals.
About me
I was born in Frankfurt, Germany, 13th of June 1994, within an ethnically mixed family composed of my Italian dad, my Northern Macedonian mom and my older sister. I grew up in Turin, Italy, but i was lucky enough to travel extensively throughout the world: Mexico to Vietnam, Canada to Senegal and a lot of what's in between.
At a still young age of 20, i decided to leave the nest to fully pursue my aspirations. I have been living, studying and working in the culinary field for the last 10 years, accumulating experiences across different cities and countries.
As of now i'm based (or rather not based) all over the world as i host a didactic culinary program on board of an ever moving vessel.
The world behind that big curtain that we call “FOOD” has allowed me to immerse myself into other cultures and to become who i am today. But most importantly it has helped me to better express myself to others through one of the most profound and effective methods of connection which i, like many others, call "Cooking".
